Can I consult a doctor online?

Yes. Video consults run in the mobile app. The room opens 10 min before the start and stays open 15 min after.

Is my medical information kept private?

Doctors only see what they need. Calls are never recorded and meeting links are never public.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Cancel up to 24 hours before the start, on the website or in the app. Reschedule in the app up to 24 hours before.

What does it cost?

Each doctor’s fee is shown on their profile. Online payment is not part of booking yet.

I am a doctor. How do I join?

The clinic admin creates your account and emails you a link to set a password. Then sign in on the app.

Is this for emergencies?

No. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
